Medium Chart In Art Is There A Chart For Running That Shows Speed & Distance Standards With The Variables Of Age, Weight & Height?

Is there a chart for running that shows speed & distance standards with the variables of age, weight & height? - medium chart in art

When I was in high school weightlifting this table, arranged by age and weight. And I think it is the sole master on board.

Basically I want to see a chart that shows what slow, medium and fast variables in the title of the article, too.

Not that I know, but keep runnersworld.com that something like this could have. The problem is that I know there are "rules" for variables in your list. Velocity with distance is dependent not always or even usually on the variables.

States in this issue:

"For example, expectations for heavier riders would be smaller or larger than a short, thin corridor. Short men have a higher VO 2 max, as your body needs less oxygen.

Not quite. VO2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen in milliliters, which can be used in one minute per kilogram of body weight. Who has less to do with the amount of oxygen the body needs, and more with the amount that can not use the body. It is entirely possible that a greater scope for VO2max more than a small hallway. In general, people have bigger lungs to a higher oxygen consumption, but that does not mean that they use all the oxygen we breathe in

There are also consider other factors. Workshop (heavier), the runners with legs longer require fewer steps to travel the same distanceand shorter (easier) in the squares, so that arrangements can be reduced oxygen requirements.
